He specialises in criminal and civil law with expertise in dispute resolution and regulatory compliance. With more than 25 years of experience at Dubai Police, Almutawa held senior positions including Deputy Director of a Police Station, Head of the Criminal Section and Head of Health Affairs at Dubai Central Jail. He also worked with the Dubai Ruler’s Court, gaining extensive knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks in the Emirate.
