Mohamed is a senior paralegal within the corporate department, based in our Riyadh office. He brings a wealth of experience, with over 20 years in the Saudi legal field, specializing in the drafting of articles of association and resolutions in both English and Arabic. Given the recent legal developments in KSA, Mohamed has developed a particular expertise in the incorporation of foreign, Gulf, and local companies, as well as in acquisitions and liquidations of local, GCC, and foreign companies.

Additionally, Mohamed is highly experienced in working and assisting with incorporations, mergers and acquisitions (M&As), and other licensing matters in KSA. He has successfully assisted major groups in KSA and the region to set up their subsidiaries and restructure their companies. He efficiently manages a large volume of licensing matters in coordination with various government stakeholders, showcasing his ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.

Mohamed holds a bachelor’s degree in Simultaneous Interpreting from the English Department at Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt. His extensive experience and educational background make him a key asset to our corporate department, especially in handling intricate legal and regulatory challenges.
