Nadia El Tannir

Nadia is a senior associate within the corporate practice, based in in our DIFC office.
Nadia has been practicing law for over nine years, with a focus on corporate related matters. She regularly provides clients, from a wide range of sectors, with legal assistance in relation to transactional, commercial, consumer protection matters.
Her practice is heavily focused on restructuring and insolvency, and she routinely assists distressed companies on the best options to facilitate successful the restructuring of their liabilities. Nadia also advises lenders on the available recourses for the recovery of their debts.
Nadia routinely provides legal assistance and drafts legal opinions on queries relating to commercial, civil, insurance, employment, consumer protection and taxation laws, as well as working on corporate transactions and restructuring strategies. She is adept at drafting and reviewing various types of agreements and undertakings (such as services agreements, agency agreements, employment agreements, lease agreements, sale agreements, memorandums of understanding, joint venture agreements, non-disclosure agreements, shares purchase agreements, undertakings of non – compete and non – solicitation, etc.); and drafting and reviewing shareholders’ agreements.
Nadia is admitted to the Beirut Bar Association. She is fluent in Arabic, English and French
