Abu Dhabi, UAEHabib is a Partner with our Litigation practice, based in our Abu Dhabi office.
Practising in the UAE since 2000, he specialises in several types of litigation cases including civil, criminal, commercial and Sharia law. On a day-to-day basis he advises our clients on the drafting of legal memorandums and legal contracts, attending expert meetings, arbitration sessions and giving verbal and written legal consultation.
With a particular interest in banking law, commercial companies, property, insurance and reinsurance and compensation cases, Habib has successfully concluded many settlements on behalf of our clients. His advice covers pre-litigation and creating strategies to follow in order to ensure a positive conclusion to a dispute.
Habib holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Khartoum-Faculty, Sudan.
