Practicing since 2012, Tyne specializes in corporate law and related DIFC litigation and arbitration. He has worked on all types of cases including freezing orders, construction disputes, and acting for numerous banking institutions for the recovery of funds in terms of facility agreements. He also works on corporate related work including due diligences, drafting and review of agreements and advising on corporate structuring.

  • Advising a multinational dental equipment and supplies manufacturer regarding VAT treatment of medical equipment and supplies as well as import and export matters and matching it in with their complicated commercial set up.
  • Assisting one of the largest construction companies in the world in relation to bidding for an LNG contract with UAE government.
  • Advising a prominent American insurance company on the long-term financial products and short term insurance products.
