Saif Adel
Dubai, UAESeif is a member of the Corporate team at BSA Law providing comprehensive support in a wide range of legal and regulatory matters. His responsibilities include drafting MOAs, formulating legal opinions, and conducting due diligence.
In addition to these tasks, Seif acts as a point of contact with various regulatory authorities to facilitate the issuance of licenses, liquidations, and notarization of legal documents. He has also been pivotal in setting up numerous companies throughout the UAE.
Before joining BSA Law, Seif was a Trainee Lawyer at Al Tamimi & Company in the DIFC Office, where he gained valuable experience in the Banking and Finance department. During this time, he was involved in reviewing bilingual standard terms, contracts for banks, and loan agreements, as well as advising on relevant banking laws, including the Banking Law and Commercial Code. Seif also worked on matters involving Oman and Egypt, collaborating with his team to review and summarize Central Bank circulars.
