Omar Al Kharoosi

Omar Al Kharusi is a Senior Associate in the Litigation Department. He brings extensive experience in representing individuals and entities in complex and high-profile criminal matters before investigative authorities and courts across Oman.
Omar advises clients on a wide range of criminal issues, including but not limited to fraud, embezzlement, cybercrime, breach of trust, forgery, and anti-money laundering (AML) offenses.
He assists clients with pre-litigation risk assessment, provides strategic advice during investigations, prepares defense strategies, and appears before the Public Prosecution and the Omani courts.
In addition to his criminal law work, Omar also handles civil, commercial, and administrative disputes, giving him a well-rounded litigation background. He also drafts contracts and negotiates on behalf of clients to help secure favorable outcomes.
