Nadia El Tannir

Nadia is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Practice at BSA LAW’s Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) office. She has over 10 years of experience advising local and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

Nadia has developed a strong focus on restructuring and insolvency. She regularly advises distressed companies on restructuring strategies aimed at restoring financial stability and operational viability. She also advises creditors and financial institutions on debt recovery, enforcement options, and insolvency-related proceedings.

Her broader practice includes transactional and regulatory matters across corporate, civil, and commercial law. She frequently issues legal opinions and provides strategic advice on complex legal queries, supporting clients through every stage of corporate transactions and reorganisations.

Nadia also has experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, including structuring, legal due diligence, and negotiating transaction documents.

She is admitted to the Beirut Bar Association.
