Mundhir is an Associate in the Litigation department at BSA LAW’s Muscat office. With over eight years of experience in Oman’s legal sector, Munther specialises in civil, commercial, insurance, and labor litigation. He represents clients before the primary and appeal courts, with a particular focus on appellate and enforcement proceedings.

He regularly advises and appears in disputes involving contract claims, tenancy and leasing issues, debt recovery, policy coverage and regulatory insurance matters. Mundhir has acted for leading regional and international clients, including MetLife and entities within the Majid Al Futtaim groups.
