Felicity Hammond is the Head of Intellectual Property Practice at BSA LAW.

• Advised a leading global haircare brand on anti-counterfeiting, parallel imports, and trademark enforcement in the MENA region, including investigations, enforcement actions, and development of a tailored brand protection strategy.
• Successfully represented a leading international gaming operator in a UDRP domain name dispute, securing the transfer of an infringing domain that was unlawfully exploiting the brand’s reputation.
• Advised and represented an international energy drinks brand on trademark enforcement in the UAE, devising a multi-pronged strategy that included test purchases, civil infringement claims, customs recordation, administrative complaints, and online takedowns.
• Negotiated and drafted a master franchise agreement for an international bakery chain entering the UAE, tailoring it to comply with UAE commercial agency and franchise regulations.
