Elhag is an associate in the Litigation Practice at BSA LAW’s Abu Dhabi office.
He has been practicing in the UAE since 2003, holding a license issued by the Ministry of Justice as a pleading lawyer, with eight years of experience attending pleadings in UAE courts.

Elhag has extensive knowledge of both the UAE and Sudanese legal systems and their applicable laws. He specializes in various types of litigation, including civil, criminal, commercial, employment, insurance, rental, real estate, and Sharia law.

He is experienced in drafting memorandums, advising clients on legal memorandums and contracts, attending expert meetings and arbitration sessions, and providing verbal and written legal consultations. He also has the right of audience before the superior and lower courts in Sudan and is licensed by the Chief Justice in Sudan to act as a Commissioner for Oaths. His duties include drafting contracts and agreements, authenticating and attesting the execution of documents and signatures, and administering oaths.

Elhag has been a member of the Sudan Bar Association since 1988.
