Ayman Alashry

Ayman is a Senior Associate at BSA LAW in Dubai, specialising in civil, commercial, corporate, construction and maritime disputes across the UAE. He advises and represents clients in a broad range of high-value and complex matters, including shareholder and partnership conflicts, commercial agency disputes, breach of contract claims, distribution and supply-chain disagreements, FIDIC-based construction and fit-out disputes, charterparty and maritime claims and corporate restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. His practice also encompasses cross-border commercial matters.

Ayman advises on white-collar and financial crime matters, including fraud, breach of trust, forgery, cybercrime and misuse of corporate authority. He has extensive experience in intellectual property disputes, particularly trademark violations, brand protection and anti-counterfeiting actions. In the TMT sector, he supports clients on digital platform disputes, data misuse issues, cyber-defamation and technology-related contractual conflicts.

His areas of focus also include contractual liability, corporate governance, M&A-related disputes, intellectual property matters, construction and arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. • Handling one of the largest bankruptcy cases involving international syndicates of banks and multiple UAE entities, debt amount AED 1.9bn.
