  • Acted for a CPEC hydropower project (884 MW, USD 2 billion) on project structuring, EPC contracts, multilateral financing, and successful transition to commercial operations.
  • Advised a run-of-the-river hydropower project (102 MW, USD 276 million) on financial close with international DFIs, tariff approvals, and ongoing operational compliance.
  • Advised multiple IPPs in Pakistan on the transition of foreign-funded loan documentation from LIBOR to SOFR, including amendments to facility agreements and hedging strategies.
  • Assisted in the local implementation of a global corporate restructuring involving the transfer of business assets and liabilities of two affiliated entities of a Swiss multinational.
  • Conducted legal due diligence and advised on regulatory compliance for the privatization of two RLNG power plants (1,230 MW and 1,223 MW) on behalf of the Privatization Commission of Pakistan.
