Abdulmalik Al Mahrezi

Abdulmalik Al Mahrezi is an Associate and Arbitrator in BSA LAW’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. He holds an LLB from Sultan Qaboos University (2016) and is licensed to appear before the Appeal Courts in Oman. He is also a certified arbitrator with the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre.

With extensive experience in litigation and legal advisory, Abdulmalik specializes in arbitration, commercial litigation, construction disputes, insurance matters and real estate transactions. He has successfully represented high-profile clients across various industries, including construction, corporate and financial sectors, handling multi-million Omani Rial disputes. His expertise also extends to maritime and aviation insurance cases, where he has demonstrated a strong ability to negotiate and secure amicable resolutions.

Abdulmalik has a strong background in employment and labor law, having managed numerous disputes for well-known companies. He regularly provides legal consultations to large real estate firms, particularly in contract drafting and regulatory compliance in coordination with the Ministry of Housing.
